With the BIG JURIJ SHINE-X, we present to you an innovative grinding attachment that was specially developed for the efficient polishing of stainless steel impact caps after welding.
The unique design of the SHINE-X allows the handrail welding pins to fit effortlessly into the cavity inside the attachment. This enables not only the fillet weld of the welding pin to be perfectly polished, but also the entire surface of the drive-in end caps – all without significant effort.
Tempering discoloration caused by welding is selectively removed, creating a flawless surface. This product is the ideal solution for professionals who value quality and efficiency.
The appropriate abrasive material, also available from BIG JURIJ, perfectly complements the SHINE-X. We offer abrasive fleece in all common grit sizes, allowing you to achieve the optimal finish as needed.

Who is behind BIG JURIJ?
In 2018, the two partners Michael Nagel and Donat Reinschmidt faced the problem in their workshop of having to process 21 tons of flat steel into flat steel railings.
Because our customers have high quality standards, it was necessary to inspect and straighten every piece of flat steel. In this project, processing the flat steel took three months, during which our employee Jurij M. had to carry out his straightening work with the utmost care and precision.
In early 2019, a team of engineers and master craftsmen developed and built the prototype of the BIG JURIJ. It was completed in April, and the straightening machine was put through its paces in its very first project, using 19 tons of flat steel for railings.
BIG JURIJ embodies the expertise of Holl Stahlbau from Stutensee near Karlsruhe. Non-destructive, precise, fast, clean and quiet – that's BIG JURIJ.
