Whether permanently installed or integrated into a rail system, the size or complexity of freeform shapes, welding tables, workpieces, materials, or different layers in the composite field are no longer a factor.

The laser's dustproof design proves to be robust and reliable not only in metalworking, but also in woodworking or when working with precast concrete elements.

Who is behind BIG JURIJ?

In 2018, the two partners Michael Nagel and Donat Reinschmidt faced the problem in their workshop of having to process 21 tons of flat steel into flat steel railings.

Because our customers have high quality standards, it was necessary to inspect and straighten every piece of flat steel. In this project, processing the flat steel took three months, during which our employee Jurij M. had to carry out his straightening work with the utmost care and precision.

In early 2019, a team of engineers and master craftsmen developed and built the prototype of the BIG JURIJ. It was completed in April, and the straightening machine was put through its paces in its very first project, using 19 tons of flat steel for railings.

BIG JURIJ embodies the expertise of Holl Stahlbau from Stutensee near Karlsruhe. Non-destructive, precise, fast, clean and quiet – that's BIG JURIJ.
