Exact processing & simple operation
The BIG JURJ works with high precision and process reliability. Once the settings are specified, every flat bar of this batch will be consistently straightened. Thus, any helper can operate our flat steel straightening machine.
BIG JURIJ - explained in 45 seconds
Flat steel can be straightened in dimensions up to 20 x 80 mm. The item length is only limited by the space available on the ejection side of the straightening machine. The shortest length of the straightened semi-finished product is 450 mm, which makes it very easy to handle.
Who is behind BIG JURIJ
Experts in metal processing
In 2018, the two partners Michael Nagel and Donat Reinschmidt faced the problem of having to process 21 tons of flat steel into flat steel railings in their workshop.
Since the quality standards of our customers are high, it was necessary to check and straighten each flat steel. In this project, the processing of the flat steel took 3 months, during which our employee Jurij M. had to complete his straightening work with the utmost care and accuracy.
At the beginning of 2019, a team of engineers and foremen developed and built the prototype of the BIG JURIJ. Completion took place in April and right from the first project, the straightening machine was put through its paces with 19 tons of flat steel for railings.
The BIG JURIJ incorporates the know-how of Holl Stahlbau from Stutensee near Karlsruhe. Non-destructive, precise, fast, clean and quiet - that's the BIG JURIJ.
